Peter and Liz

My wife and I were long term customers of one of the large banks with our investments, superannuation and insurance diversified across related financial institutions. Unfortunately we saw a continual decline in service levels and customer support which culminated with us being billed for services we did not receive. After a long and ultimately successful challenge process with the bank we decided the time was overdue to look elsewhere.

Neil had managed our affairs previously so we sought him out to take control of our investments. We find Neil to be attentive, politely proactive and trustworthy, a good communicator with a solid knowledge of a range of industry products.  We are comfortable that our business is being managed by Neil. Our daughter who is just starting her working career now has her affairs overseen by Neil which we hope will continue for many years.
